Booking terms

Bookings are confirmed once the £30 deposit is paid. The deposit forms part of the displayed one-off cleaning price. The remaining balance is paid on completion.

You may cancel or rearrange without charge by contacting us at least 48 hours before the appointment. Deposits for later cancellations are normally retained to cover reserved time and travel planning.

The standard price assumes a caravan, campervan or motorhome requiring a normal level of cleaning for its selected overall length. Excessive algae, mould, staining, waste, hazardous material, difficult access, a vehicle over 8.5 metres or an incorrectly selected size may require a revised price, agreed before additional work begins.

Customers must provide safe access, sufficient working space, a usable water supply and access to a standard electricity supply.

Ongoing-care prices become available after the one-off full clean. The cleaning interval is agreed afterwards and must be at least once every three months. Repairs, restoration and machine polishing are separately assessed and quoted.

Caravan Revival may rearrange work where unsafe weather, access problems, illness or circumstances outside reasonable control prevent the work being completed safely.
